Some requests stick in your mind. Like this one:
"I have great hope in you, Ms. Machon, because I don't need another photographer who takes pictures that look like postage stamps. I need pictures that evoke emotions – and when I saw your pictures, I thought you were the right person for the job."

With these words, I was booked as a hotel photographer in the Allgäu region for a very special project in Oberstaufen – at the Alpin Resort Hotel Ludwig Royal. A hotel with character, charm, and a clear goal: finally, professional hotel photos that evoke emotions.

The shoot focused primarily on three key areas:
🧖‍♀️ Wellness photography, integration of hotel branding & detail photos.

The goal: a completely new visual language for the redesigned hotel website – modern, emotional, professional.

It was an intense, creative and fulfilling day and I am very happy that my pictures will soon be able to shape the digital home of this special house!
